Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your new and unused items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Before sending your product back please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA). No return can be processed without it.
Pack the items you wish to return back in their original packaging or something similar to guarantee their safe journey and send to the address supplied in the return email. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If you like we can send you a prepaid label but its amount will be deducted from your return to cover the shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and are not responsible for lost packages.
Upon receipt of the product(s) we will notify you via email that they have been received and inspected.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be issued (if applicable):
- Any item not in new or unused condition
- Any item that is returned after thirty (30) days of purchase
If your return is eligible for a refund a credit will be issued to the original method of payment within three business days.
Defective or damaged item(s) will be replaced with an identical product.
Sale items will be refunded at the original purchase price.
Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return request. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
