Return & Exchange Policy
Our Refund & Exchange Policy is thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange the item(s) you wish to return must be new, unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition you received them. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Before sending your product back please contact us at: email@example.com to receive an RMA.
NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE CAN BE PROCESSED WITHOUT IT.
Upon receipt of the product(s) we will notify you via email that they have been received and inspected.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be issued (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned after thirty (30) days of delivery
If your return is eligible for a refund a credit will be issued to the original method of payment within three business days.
Defective or damaged item(s) will be replaced with the same identical product.
Sale items will be refunded at the original purchase price.
Lost or Missing Refund:
If you have not received your refund within seven business days after approval check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is processed. If you still have not received your refund please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
You the buyer are responsible for paying the return cost of shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
