Blackout™ is a bluish black that can be used by itself or mixed with our other colors to dull or darken them. We don't recommend using it with light colors such as Yellow or Orange, as it will change the overall hue and "muddy" the color. It's best used with blue, purple, magenta, fuchsia or red. A little goes a long way. The color glows faintly under blacklight.
